Pure things for your skin: Etat Pur.

I can not express in words how excited I was when I read about Etat Pur. It’s a company with an attitude I’ve never seen before, it’s so refreshing! Let me tell you about Etat Pur in some bullet points:

 There is no pointless packaging. There are even no instruction leaflets! 
 Use of environmentally friendly materials. All boxes products are sent out in are 100% recycled cardboard.
 No unnecessary distributing & advertising costs. You can only buy the products online.
 Unique personalisation through the use of two product lines

 Cheap, but not in the bad way. The products are very high quality for a normal price.
 High quality & skin friendly. No unnecessary ingredients. 
 You will not find any of the following in their products: ingredients of animal origin, silicones, non-organic preservatives (paraben, phenoxyethanol, formaldehyde liberators,..), articifial colouring, perfumes containing allergens and sensitising agents, petrochemical hydrocarbons, paraffin, mineral oils, chemical UV filters, synthetic glycols (butylene glycol, PEG), ethoxylated ingredients, BHT, EDTA and derivatives, aluminium chlorohydrate, irritant synthetic surfactants (lauryl ether sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate), GMO’s or acrylates.  

Right now I am trying out six products : two from the B-line & four from the A-line. 

Before using any B products, you need to tackle specific problems with the Pure Actives. You know how everybody speaks MAC? Some use the 189 for foundation, but I use the 187. I am NC25, but my concealer is NC15. Well, get ready to speak Etat Pur, because all of these actives have their own code. So, I am currently using A08, A41, A20 & A31. 

After having treated your skin to some tailored care with the Pure Actives, you can finish off with the Biomimitic Skincare. Biomimi-what? Well, these products only contain ingredients selected for their perfect affinity with the skin. There are five textures to choose from, ranging from fluids (for oily skin types) to thick creams (for dehydrated skin types). I’m a B38, or a B37 with a pop of color. 

It’s too early to tell you about results as I have had these for less than a week now. The first impressions are really good & I’m in love with how good my B38 smells.
